You or your refers to the individual accessing or using our website and services. Services refers to all beauty, hair styling, makeup, skincare, nail, and related services offered by JMK Beauty. The headings in these Terms of Service are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. JMK Beauty offers a range of beauty and personal care services including but not limited to hair styling and coloring, makeup artistry, skincare treatments and facials, nail care services, bridal beauty packages, and eyebrow and lash services. Each service is performed by trained and certified professionals using high-quality products and equipment. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that service descriptions, pricing, or other content on our website are complete, reliable, current, or error free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any bookings made at the incorrect price.
All services are subject to availability. We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred time slot. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee availability for walk-in appointments during peak periods.

When booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, contact details, and any relevant preferences or requirements. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your contact information up to date.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50 percent of the service price. No shows without prior notification will be charged the full price of the booked service. We understand that emergencies happen and will consider exceptions on a case by case basis.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, utility outages, or staff illness. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and will offer alternative appointment options without any penalty. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from such cancellations.
All prices for services and products are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes will be added to all purchases as required by law. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at the time of booking or purchase. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We strive to ensure that all pricing information on our website is accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a service you have booked, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your booking at the correct price or canceling it without penalty. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders or bookings placed with incorrect pricing.
Gift certificates and promotional offers are subject to their own terms and conditions, including expiration dates and restrictions. Gift certificates are non refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Promotional offers may not be combined with other discounts or offers unless expressly stated.
As a client of JMK Beauty, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your health, allergies, medical conditions, and any other factors that may affect the services you receive. You are responsible for informing your service provider of any changes to your health or circumstances before each appointment. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in adverse reactions for which JMK Beauty cannot be held responsible.
You agree to treat our staff, other clients, and our premises with respect. Abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services and a ban from our premises. You are responsible for any damage caused to our property, equipment, or products as a result of negligent or intentional actions.
You are responsible for arriving at your scheduled appointment on time. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid inconvenience to other clients. Full price will still be charged for the original service booked regardless of the reduced service time due to late arrival.
All content on our website and in our salon, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of JMK Beauty, Jmk Beauty Limited, or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content without our prior written consent.
The JMK Beauty name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Jmk Beauty Limited. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on our website are the trademarks of their respective owners.
You may not use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or spiders, to access or collect information from our website without our express written permission. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or confidential information. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms of Service.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
